Tōkai’s Overlord, Fell at Okehazama
The noble house that had fallen to ruin at Okehazama—I shall take charge to rebuild it.
In the year 1560, a historic battle at Okehazama, Owari Province occurred. A side was declared as a winner, while the other was defeated and fell to ruin. In actual history, after the death of Imagawa Yoshimoto, the head of the Imagawa clan, after his successor, Imagawa Ujizane, took the mantle as a daimyō, the Imagawa clan disappeared from history. But in this world, it wasn’t so; as an irregularity had been born. This was a story of a man called ‘Isshiki Masataka’, who had the memories of his past life, or rather, his life from the future.
Author’s Note: Disclaimer. In this story, I put more emphasis to make it enjoyable for people who aren’t familiar with historical novels. So, as a general rule, I won’t refer to the characters by their official ranks, as I believe this could get relatively confusing. The characters in this story are based on historical figures, but there are many parts in which I created new characters—including the main character—new castles, and new events. Of course, there are also many parts that will deviate from the real history.
